Why can’t we develop and build applications for DOD C4I and IT in a way we did during the camelot days of the JOTS/NTCS-A/JMCIS/GCCS-M/DII COE days.
I have some lessons learned, ideas, that can relate to the current discussion going on in DOD acquisition of IT/C4I systems.
We know that C4I and IT are becoming blurred (as warfighters use chat and basic IT applications like websites and email to do their tactical missions.
