iGouge (SDVOSB) provides IT and C4I program support, engineering, IT/IA, and consulting services that combine technical competence with the strength to fully understand the client’s true mission or business requirements. An expert in NMCI and NGEN, iGouge is a highly sought after IT company for their innovative and leading edge solutions to current issues. An example of iGouge’s past performance follows (others are found in Table A). iGouge was founded by Jim Pietrocini, former CEO/founder of RL Phillips, a Seaport E contract holder (2005). RL Phillips was sold to TechTeam/Jacobs in 2007).
S. H. Huber and Associates, Inc. (SDVOSB) (HAI) provides premier services in shipboard integration, logistics, training, IT, and Continuous Process Improvement services (e.g., Lean Six Sigma and Baldrige National Quality).
Abacus Technology (Small Business) has a broad range of government and commercial expertise in Network Solutions, Information Assurance, Software Development, Program Management Office Support, Physical Security, and special studies. They are a Microsoft Gold Certified Provider, and operate a test-bed to simulate our clients’ network environments and troubleshoot application software and system installation problems prior to delivery. Many of our employees hold engineering and management certifications and meet eligibility requirements for classified contracts.
IGIS Technologies (Small Business 8a) is a San Diego-based company and has been in business since 1997. IGIST is aligned with the mapping industry leaders ESRI, Trimble, and ERDAS. We provide training, GIS consulting, and application development for the geospatial community. IGIST’s expertise areas are in use of remote sensing and image processing as mapping tools, web-based mapping applications, design and implementation of the geo database, GEOBASE and SDSFIE, GIS/GPS training, custom course development, and GPS field mapping services. IGIST specializes in developing training curriculum and providing instruction in technical content (like software procedures), as well as developing content that addresses organizational outreach and the documentation of organizational workflows and processes. IGIST training content can be delivered in any of three ways: as instructor-led training, as webcasts, and as self-paced eLearning modules.
Jacobs Technology (Large Business) is the advanced technology division of Jacobs Engineering, one of the nation’s largest engineering and technical services-only companies. With 70+ years of experience supporting government and commercial clients, we have earned a reputation for excellence and outstanding technical and managerial achievements in quality, performance, and safety.
